Surrounded by nature, it is a place to slow down the time and relax As it is very easy to get to the the good trekking paths and the roads to discover the village and the area; you have many possibilites to reach the markets, the town and secret bays: trekking, biking, taxi, buses. There is good WiFi to working homeoffice.(Turkcell Superbox)we changed our bed :)

Villamızın kapısını açar açmaz sizi büyüleyen geniş bir bahçe sizi karşılayacak. Bu özel bahçede keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir barbekü alanı ve rahatlatıcı bahçe mobilyaları sizi bekliyor. Ayrıca, açık havada eğlenceli saatler geçirebileceğiniz masa tenisi & bilardo gibi aktivite olanakları da tatilinize renk katacak. Sizleri ağırlamaktan büyük bir heyecan duyuyor, sizlere evinizden uzakta bir ev sunmayı amaçlıyoruz. Tatilinizi unutulmaz kılacak olan detaylar için sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz.

Turunç House Kayaköy

Turunç House is located in Kayaköy, an old town of Fethiye district witnessing a history of approximately 5 thousand years and hosting old Greek houses abandoned on its slopes a full century ago. Turunç House serves its guests with seven rooms furnished in four different styles. You will not want to leave Turunç House offering many facilities such as a private design swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room in its stone building. Nature and peace lie at the heart of our philosophy!

Capella, muhafazakar korunaklı huzurlu bir tatil.

Huzurlu doğa içerisindeki yerimizde aileniz ve arkadaşlarınızla dinlenebilir, ferah bahçesinde keyifli anlar yaşayabilirsiniz… Not; Kış sezonu olan (01/11/2025-31/03/2026) tarihlerinde villamızın yüzme havuzu aktiftir ve çalışmaya devam edecektir ama havuzumuzda ısıtma sistemi yoktur. Amacımız temiz olması ve görüntüsü hoş olmasıdır. Tabi dileyen misafirlerimiz yüzebilir. Villamız kış modunda konforunuz için havlu terlik, battaniye, yorgan ve taşınabilir konvektör ısıtıcı sağlanacaktır.

Eşsiz Tasarımlı, Loft Tarzı Taş Villa

Asma katında bir yatak odası bulunan, yüksek tavanlı ve taş mimari ile oluşturulan bu villamızda keyifli tatiller dileriz. TÜRKİYE’DEKİ “KİRALİK TATİL KONUTU” YASASINA UYGUNDUR ve KİRALANABİLİR. Villamızın 200 metre mesafesinde süpermarket, minibüs durağı, restaurantlar ve bankamatikler bulunur. Tuzlu sistem havuzumuz vardır, daha sağlıklı bir havuz sistemidir. Ölüdeniz plajı otomobil ile 5 dakika, Fethiye Şehir Merkezindeki Alışveriş Merkezi ise otomobil ile 10 dakika mesafededir

The villa has been carefully restored to create a beautiful and relaxing rural getaway.Each boutique Cottage has a private area and the property is surrounded by gardens, fruit trees and a rustic stone wall. The property boasts panoramic views of rolling hills and sweet scented pine forests with a mountainous backdrop. Above the Valley you can see the sea twinkling between the hills behind the abandoned Greek Village that forms the heart of Kaya Village.

Villa Defne, Fethiye’nin Kayaköy mevkiinde yer alan ve 2019 yılında faliyete giren çok şirin bir villadır. Villamızın çok zevkli, kaliteli ve özenli bir şekilde döşenmiş olmaları ve tamamen korunaklı yüzme havuzuna sahip olmaları. Bu özelliği sayesinde balayı çiftleri ve çekirdek aileler muhteşem bir seçenek olan bu villamız size çok güzel bir tatil sunacaktır. Villamız müstakil olup, tamamen size aittir, herhangi bir paylaşım vs. söz konusu değildir.

This lovely old stone house is private and peaceful and has a stunning glass mosaic roof pool with kitchen/fire pit/BBQ for watching the stars and eagles! It has stylish cool marble interiors with Turkish rugs, high spec shower rooms and a marble kitchen. It has a wood burner for winter and is suitable for guests who require privacy.
