73 Yalıkavak, geçmişi olan bir yapının günümüz mimari yaklaşımıyla yeniden tasarlandığı özel bir sahil evidir. Kat73 tarafından tasarlanan bu ev, klasik villa anlayışının dışında; dönüşüm fikri, yalın atmosferi ve tasarım odaklı kurgusuyla öne çıkar. Bahçesinde açık mutfak, uzun bir yemek alanı ve küçük bir dinlenme havuzu bulunur. Yalıkavak Marina’ya yürüme mesafesinde, sahil yolunda yer alır. Tasarım odaklı ve keyifli aynı zamanda farklı bir Bodrum tatili sunar.

Aegean Studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos, at Kamari. They run by a local family. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.
