As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.

Slapton is a pretty village with ancient narrow streets leading down to the sea and is only a 20min drive to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes.
