Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.

Lappish cabin by a lake

This traditional Lappish log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the spectacular northern lights or cosy up by the open fire place in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. Cabin and its sauna are heated by wood and water for washing taken from the lake.

Ympärillä runsaasti yksityistä tilaa ulkoiluun omassa rauhassa. Ihanteellinen paikka myös suuremmille ryhmille rentouttavaan lomaan. Talon pihalla on oma pieni pulkkamäki sekä mäenlasku välineitä. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä paljon tekemistä kuten Rovaniemi, Ranuan eläinpuisto, Korouoma, Riisitunturi sekä Iso-Syöte lukuisine palveluineen.

Our peaceful remote cabin offers you everyhting you might need to let go off your stress and experince the best in Lapland. Beautiful views, traditional sauna experience, and sitting by the bonfire is included in the price. Good spot to see the northern lights. Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.

Villa Salmijärvi

Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa rauhallisessa Villassa. Vuodepaikkoja 8, joista yksi lattiatasossa ja yksi vauvan sänky. Olet lähes keskustassa, mutta luonto on läsnä. Hillitty sisustus luo rauhallisen tunnelman. Järven jäätyessä voit lähteä nauttimaan talven ihmeistä omalta pihalta jäälle kävellen tai hiihtäen ja laskea mäkeä. Majoitus on kahdessa kerroksessa, molemmista löytyvät omat WC:t, joten tämä sopii vaikka yhteismajoitukseksi. Ylhäällä parisängyt.

Modern Arctic Residence Lakeview

Kaunis talo järvimaisemalla 205 m2 ja iso terassi. Talo on valmistunut 2012. Talosta on hyvä näkymä auringonlaskujen katsomista varten ja revontuliakin on mahdollista nähdä tiettyinä aikoina. Talossa on 5 makuuhuonetta ja avara olohuone sekä keittiö. Saunasta pääsee suoraan terassille. Pihalla on iso trampoliini lapsille. Keskusta on vain 4 kilometrin päässä. Takan käyttö on lisäpalvelu.
