The Apartment with a mid century modern feel and easy access to everything from good restaurants,bars and cafes centrally located and also great city links is the perfect getaway space , 2 mins from the pier and situation on the vibrant area of st James Street we offer this home from home and hope you enjoy what brighton has to offer. Enjoy an amazing stay in our gorgeous, centrally-located, first floor, balcony flat, set in a converted Regency building in Brighton's trendy Kemptown. Light floods in through 3 full length windows, which look out to sea. The flat has an accessible balcony; is full of original features: high ceilings with decorative plasterwork, fireplace & the original wooden shutters; as well as GCH, open plan, well equipped, kitchen, smart TV, newly fitted walk-in shower (no bath) & a cosy double bedroom.

Stylish 2 Bedroom Victorian House, Close to Beach

Escape to the seaside, and come and stay at our lovely, spacious 2 bedroom victorian house. The bright & sunny, centrally located house is just moments from the seafront and the pier in Kemptown. The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

A cosy and peaceful garden flat just off Kemptown beach. The new kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook. Modern bathroom with bath and a rainfall shower. The lounge has a dining table, huge corner sofa bed, music system, super-fast fibre broadband. Bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed and opens out on to a secluded outdoor space. The flat is a 2-min walk to the beach, loads of cafes, pubs & shops on your doorstep. Brighton centre is a 15 min seafront walk / 7 min cycle / 4 min taxi.

Kemptown Victorian Terrace House

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.

Fabulous Seaside house, Free Parking & EV charging

Enjoy this beautiful mews home with family, friends and dogs. In the heart of the popular Kemp Town Village in Brighton. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, local cafes, restaurants and boutiques. We have free on-site parking for one car and offer free off peak charging for EV cars. The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.

My place is located on the first floor of the property it has stairs leading up to the front door. When inside there are stairs to reach flat. It is close to restaurants and bars, there is also a wide selection of shops including 3 supermarkets, Laundry. You’ll love my place because of the comfy small double bed, which has "Emma" memory foam mattress. Bedding and towels are provided. Parking is a challenge, however, please contact me regarding vouchers, pay on arrival

Penthouse Brighton Seafront Apartment

An absolutely beautiful top floor flat, in the ever popular Kemptown area of Brighton. This gorgeous apartment has stunning panoramic sea views from both the living room and large double bedroom as it is directly on the sea front. The whole place feels generously spacious, comfortable, warm and bright. Incredible location, gorgeous space all at the top of a 200 year old house that has lots of original features and is as quirky as the Kemptown locals.

Amazing Apartment with a Balcony Sea View!

Beautiful 11-foot high ceilings in a home that blends spacious rooms with an industrial-chic aesthetic. Lounge on the chesterfield sofa while watching Netflix, enjoy a coffee on the bijou balcony with a sea view. This property is in a grade II listed residential old school building. We love our neighbours and I am sure you will too, the apartment is strictly not suitable for parties, but perfect for a couple of people / romantic city getaway.
