There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. The Waterfront Cabin is ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.

The Bear Paw Studio is designed as an apartment with a private entrance, the ability to accommodate a family of 4, or 2 couples very comfortably, and is built with a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The Good Karma Cottage is new as of 2022. Its 265 square feet was a woodworking shop now turned into a lovely little cottage featuring a bedroom, full kitchen, and bathroom. All of the interior/exterior artwork was done by local artist, Dan Coe. The cottage sits adjacent to the Good Karma Inn. The property has a four glacier view, including Kachemak Bay and the Kenai Mountains. THERE IS NO CLEANING FEE AND NO PET FEE
