The Beaver's Den-our bunkbed suite sleeps 8 people. There are two bunkbeds in one sleeping area w/ twins on top & queens on bottom. Another queen bed in the front sleeping area for a total of 5 beds. Your mattresses are the best quality. The linens are high end. Two Smart TVs both w/ DirecTV & DVD players. Game room has DVDs. High speed internet. Cellular extenders. Incredible kitchen to use. There are fishing opportunities (guided or DIY), rafting trips, multiple hiking trails, cross country skiing, and plenty of other outdoor activities. Great spot for bird watching, glassing the mountains looking at Dall Sheep and mountain goats. Get away from the busy life and take a break down here by the river.

Gwin's Lodge Aspen Log Cabin

The historic Gwin's Lodge is located in the middle of Alaska's Kenai Peninsula, known as Alaska's Playground. We are nestled at the base of the majestic Kenai Mountains across from the turquoise blue Kenai River in the Chugach National Forest bordering the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge and the Kenai Fjords National Park. Our central location on the Kenai Peninsula makes all recreational activities in nearby towns (Seward, Soldotna, Homer, etc.) easily accessible.

Fir Log Cabin 12 Historic Gwin's Lodge & Roadhouse

The Fir 12 hand hewn log cabin is a small "honey moon" cabin. 1 full bed and bath with shower and a coffee maker. Gwin's Lodge is centrally located for your entire stay on the Kenai. Check out the many trails and other great activities and excursions all within 2 hours. Across the street from the turquoise Kenai river and close to the confluence of the Kenai and Russian River, we are close to world class fishing. We can help set up your trip and excursions.
