'The Old Coach House' is a charming 18th century detached stone cottage with it's own private gardens.  It sits within an elevated position & offers stunning views over the surrounding countryside. In a quiet setting, it’s only a short walk from all local amenities. Guests say: “Wish we’d stayed longer!” “Spotlessly clean”, “Comfiest bed ever!” Tucked back in a peaceful, elevated corner of Weem, the renovated Old Whisky Still is a gorgeous vaulted cottage with beams. Very well equipped & an ideal base for rest & activities. Just a few mins walk to Castle Menzies, the Ailean Chraggan bar restaurant, fantastic walks, River Tay, forest tracks etc. 2 min drive/easy 20 min walk to Aberfeldy for shops, fuel, cafes, food. 5-star, helpful (but v unobtrusive) host!

Situated on the banks of the river Tummel in a beautifully peaceful location, but also providing close proximity to the festival theatre, the Dam and fish ladder, and a short walk into town with access to bars, restaurants and shops. The cottage has ease of access to the absolute best of everything highland Perthshire has to offer. Fishing from the bottom of the garden (permit required), golf nearby and an abundance of beautiful walks right from our doorstep. It is really is a gem of a place!

This renovated old gardener's cottage sits within the grounds of a Victorian house and commands beautiful hillside views from an enviable elevated position. The cottage consists of an open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and the other with a zip and link king size bed which can be separated into two small beds (2x2'6"x6'3") and en-suite shower room. All rooms look to the patio and hillside view.

The Owl House at Gardeners Cottage (dog friendly)

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting.
