There's a separate entrance to the room and a private bathroom attached to this bedroom. It's totally separate from my living space. I'm located in mid coast Maine near Damariscotta, Camden, Rockland, Augusta, etc. There is heat and WiFi a microwave a kettle, coffee maker, TV and refrigerator and other items for your convenience. It is not a kitchen but as many amenities as I can accommodate. You are welcome here to enjoy the privacy, comfort and convenience here.

In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.

Private 1-bedroom suite (on bottom floor of house) with living room and kitchenette on Cobbosseecontee Lake, with spacious outdoor area for hanging out by the lake. Great for swimming, kayaking, fishing, and other outdoor activities. No one will be staying on upper floors of home while guests are renting the 1-bedroom suite.
