Come and stay awhile! Unwind and enjoy a relaxing stay in our 1790’s farmhouse with many original features, situated on 120 mostly-wooded acres in southern Maine. Our farm features a commercial maple syrup operation, 200 high bush blueberry plants, a vegetable garden, pumpkin and berry patches, a variety of fruit trees, honeybee hives, miles of old logging roads for walks, skiing/snowshoeing, meandering brook, patio and outdoor fireplace, free-range chickens, and two large rescue farm dogs.

Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. Our newly built guest suite is a private studio apartment attached to our main home situated above our garage. It has a king bed, small sitting area, thoughtful kitchenette, private balcony deck, A/C, and full private bath. We've had our share of diverse travel experiences so...we satisfied our own tastes by creating a space we would want to stay in...a very comfortable bed, bright and soothing scandi-style decor, a heated bathroom floor, rainshower, and private deck.

Cape Porpoise Private Guest Suite with King Bed

Come relax in the guest suite of our new modern farmhouse, 1 mile from Cape Porpoise's village town centre in Kennebunkport. Enjoy a private entrance and outdoor seating space/ fire pit overlooking a wooded lot. The 1000 sq. ft. space is bright and roomy. It has a king-sized bed with tv, kitchenette, office area and a 50 inch smart tv in the comfy living room. Walk outside our home and find 27 miles of interconnecting conservation land trails.

The Rafters

The Rafters is a finished studio space above our late 1800s barn. It has beautiful light and feels like a getaway as soon as you open the door. With the proximity to Portsmouth, NH and local attractions in Maine, you can escape to the Rafters, but with the ease of being so close to everything. Our neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk down to many spots that overlook the Piscataqua River. Or Uber home from a fun night in Portsmouth!
