It is attached to the main house, but is a place of its own. You have patio chairs to sit outdoors and your own parking. This place also has access to main house for full kitchen use.

There are no shared spaces, you have access to your space directly from the outside. Park your car, enter via code directly to your own room, bathroom, and mini kitchen.
