Enjoy our newly renovated 200 year old cottage in the desirable village of IDE on the outskirts of Exeter with easy access to Exeter city and Quay . Dartmoor , Exmouth ,Shaldon within easy reach . Enjoy a taste of village life with a community shop and 3 pubs with in walking distance there is also a large Sainsbury’s nearby with EV charging. Please note that there are steps into the cottage and we have a traditional Devon staircase so property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues .

Welcome to the Haldon Capsule - a unique self contained annexe nestled on the edge of Haldon Forest. Bring your loved one, your dog, your bike or just your walking boots and we will provide the rest. Relax and have a peaceful retreat, where time stands still. The forest track starts less than 5 minutes walk from your front door, with miles of dog walking or the popular mountain bikes and segway (both of which can be rented) at Haldon Forest. The capsule has everything you need and more.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

A charming camping cabin in a shared field.

PLEASE READ: the cabin is located in a shared space where others may be staying in campervans and tents. Max five pitches. A this is a simple camping cabin. The ethos of the build was, “camping without the tent”. You will still need; bed sheets, duvet, pillows, or sleeping bag, towels etc. The cabin is heated via a toasty logburner. Inside is a gas hob, table, benches, sofa and a bed upstairs. Outside is a fire pit and large gas bbq. Shared hot shower. Flushing toilets. Water.

Private and cosy, with garden view

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Cosy Cobb Cottage, nr Exeter - Cherry Tree Cottage

My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.

The Owl's Nest

Take it easy at the unique tree house getaway nestled within a woodland in South Devon. A tranquil location allows for anyone staying in this cosy cabin to have a relaxing and memorable experience. Unwind in the hot tub set amongst the treetops and enjoy the sauna with its view into the forest. This location is only 15 minutes from various beaches and has an easy 10 minute walk to the local pub. No children or infants

A stay in the country

The caravan is situated in a private location, 1 mile from the village of Exminster. The mobile home is sited next door to our house, we like to give you privacy but we are also there to help or ask questions about the local area if you need it. It has its own private decked area and parking directly in front of it. We live on a small holding with lots of great outdoor space in the countryside.
