This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Close to the City, Airport, Train station and Brighton Le Sands Beach: Vista unit is a luxury 2.5 bedrooms unit over 150 square meters with huge front garden and located close to the city, airport, beach, train station, transport and amenities with two very green balconies. and can accommodate up 6 people (two Queen, one single bed and one sofa bed. The House itself is 1500 sq2 and contains three separate premises, a granny flat, 3 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) & 3 bedrooms house (Bamboo House)

Unfortunately, we cannot provide garage parking from March 2023. I can give you passes for the street parking. Our clinker brick feature wall reveals the heart imprint seen on real Sydney convict bricks. Our street was built in the 1880's. Our building was completely rebuilt in 2018/2019. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
