Waterfront house on the beautiful Fraser River in Hope BC! Heritage home built in 1940 and fully renovated keeping its character. Tree suspended deck with world class views of mountains and the mighty Fraser! Short walk to all the quaint shops in town and the beautiful city park. Kawkawa Lake is 10 mins away. Carriage house - open concept one bedroom suite upstairs and games room (unheated) downstairs. Quiet location at Hatzic Lake with Westminster Abbey and mountain views. Parking for max 3 vehicles permitted. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No parties & no visitors.
