Iona is located close to DE Turf and the Delaware beaches. The Inn looks out over Cedar Creek, a pristine estuary leading to Delaware Bay. This vista provides many stunning sunrises and sunsets. Since Iona is a working farm, the front of the house looks out over the barn, pastures, and fields. The front porch and second-floor balcony provide perfect viewing to enjoy the early morning scenery with your first cup of coffee and breakfast provided to all guests. Iona is a non-smoking property.

3 bedrooms, ea 1 bed 2 guests, reserve individually. Enjoy lazy front porch, take your morning coffee in the rose garden. Bring kite to fly in field, play game of croquet. Find good selection of hot beverages anytime. Yuletide is a small retired farm located 1/4 mile from Hwy 1, convenient to downtown, beaches, Dover AFB, and casinos. 3 bedrooms, share a bath with jetted tub & shower, powder room downstairs. We have a Mini Poo. We are not suitable for animals or chilldren under 19.

Find a good selection of hot beverages anytime. This is a small retired farm located 1/4 mile from Hwy 1, convenient to downtown, beaches, Sports Complex, Dover AFB, and casinos. Three bedrooms share a bath with jetted tub and and a powder room downstairs. We have a Poodle and a cat. We are not suitable for animals or children.
