The Farm at Marshtown, Dover DE

This entire house on this working farm is available all year except for a few weeks in the winter. Large grounds and pavilion. The house is located on a 500 acre farm and is very private. There may be hunters in the fields but it is very far from the house. Please ask if you want to access the fields . There are Large yards for outdoor use and plenty big enough for most activities. There are pastures for horses, cows, chicken runs, goat pens and kennels for dogs and barn cats roaming around.

Enjoy a peaceful waterfront stay in our custom-built tiny house, located on Cedar Creek just off Route 1. Conveniently situated only 10 minutes from Delaware Turf and 15 minutes from the beach. The home comfortably sleeps four and includes hot tub access. We live on-site and are happy to assist throughout your stay. Ideal for families, pets (please review rules under “The Space” section), contractors, and long-term renters. Perfect for travel nurses & remote workers – Monthly stays welcome!

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Immerse yourself in the timeless beauty of this 12 acre riverfront property. Experience the peaceful beauty of 800+ feet of direct river frontage on the deep Cohansey River. This river leads to the Delaware Bay/ Atlantic Ocean. Situated on the site of the Prestigious Sora Gun Club, this historic 4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Baths light-filled home with magnificent great room has classical details and distinctive appointments. One of the 4 bedrooms and the 1/2 bath is in the 2 story guest house.

Escape to nature in our cozy 12x12 A-Frame tiny home cabin at Huck and Buck Farm, perfect for two guests. Enjoy a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig for your convenience. Relax in your private hot tub, lounge in the hammocks, or gather by the fire pit under the stars. A short walk leads to a luxury bathhouse with a hot shower and flushing toilets. Pet-friendly with free parking, surrounded by farm animals, gardens, and fresh seasonal food for a peaceful getaway.

A restored 1860s colonial balancing historic character with modern ease, it has been thoughtfully refined into a more elevated retreat that so many of our guests return to year after year. Reservations secured by April 14 lock in existing pricing while enjoying the full relaunch. Rates adjust April 15.

Country Retreat - 2BR apartment; day trip to beach

Have fun and relax in your beautiful countryside retreat. This 2 bedroom apartment is nestled in woods- enjoy peace and quiet. Separate parking, walkway, patio & entrance. You also have a fire pit, BBQ grill, swings, and more. Hot tub available with a service charge. Country roads are safe for walking, biking, jogging. Take a day trip to Atlantic beaches (19mi), Dover (24mi), DC, or Philly (2 hrs each). Sleeps up to 6 with day bed.

Oceanfront Gem (Hot Tub and Sauna - extra fee)

No property is closer to the beach! Huge decks with amazing ocean views. Quiet and peaceful getaway. The use of the third floor (sauna + jacuzzi + additional sitting room + full bath) is $500 for stays 5 days and less, $100/night for stays over 5 days. Hot tub use can be limited depending on weather conditions. Kayaks and paddle boards are available free of charge with advance notice.
