Guests also receive exclusive & unlimited use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, and dock w/swim platform from early May until late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots. There are expansive views of Lake Wabasis, a sandy beach, and a secluded & verdant backyard with an adjacent vernal pond that's filled with wildlife and enchanting forrest sounds.

Has heater, electric, hot water, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee, microwave, pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, bedding, full bath, towels, toiletries, sheets, row & paddle boat. There is air conditioning but fridge etc. can’t be used at same time so people use it at night & unplug everything. Food stays cold. It's secluded yet 40 minutes to Grand Rapids. Meijer, Walmart are 15 min.

There are 2 bedrooms, front deck, side patio, bonfire pit w/benches & gas BBQ grill. Swan cottage also includes an 18' pontoon w/60 hp motor, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock from early May - late October (weather permitting). The cottage is dog friendly, however, yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable & doggie life vests.

This little fishing shack on Olin Lakes in Sparta MI offers a clean and cozy tiny home experience. Fully loaded kitchen, comfy living room with internet and cable. One small bathroom with stand up shower, two cozy bedrooms with black out curtains. Olin Lakes offers great fishing and swimming. Long Lake is a half mile away, which includes a nice beach, play area, and bathrooms. There are kayaks and a canoe available with the rental. Or bring your own if you desire. Owners are near by

About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

Bring your own watercraft and moor it to the little private dock attached to the deck. (Public launch available on Lincoln Lake.) Early check-in available by special arrangement.
