Lux & Pampered Stay in the Woods

Come enjoy the serenity of our stylish, upscale & private place. Your Airbnb en-suite has been recently remodeled, and blocked off from the rest of the house. We’ve anticipated your needs for a pampered stay in the walk out level of our tree top house. Begin your stay with hot coffee or tea and home baked treats. Enjoy hot towels after a shower. The en-suite has a mini fridge and microwave. We have been Airbnb hosts for several years and many have come as strangers but have left as friends.

Great location for Eastown & downtown visitors! Walking distance to restaurants, shops & nightlife. Near to hospitals & universities. *Free street parking* park here & take a 5-10 min Lyft downtown! Our space is clean, comfy, serene, quiet, laid back, funky, artsy & has good energy. Come see for yourself!

Studio above garage/hot tub-open/pool-closed

This room is a loft above the far stall garage with access to a hot tub (open year-round) and heated pool & tiki bar (open in the summer). This is more of a summer stay due to the amenities that are available. But people still come in the winter because we drop the price and keep the hot tub available. Full disclosure, the walk from the room to the house/bathroom is not heated in the winter and it can be a long, cold walk for some people, so we try to make that very clear before you book.

Cozy Suite 10 min to Grand Rapids, 1 mi to Tanger

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

The home boasts a spacious living area and dining area, large back yard with patio area. Home has a 49' Roku TV with Amazon, Netflix and a whole host of other channels for your viewing pleasure. The home comes equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Home is walking distance to Riverside Park and .5 miles from Creston.

Firepit for relaxing & outdoor kitchen for ultimate BBQ experience. Pet friendly with fee.

Swim pool spa located on our property, we just added a 2nd spa closer by yard game area is heated and not shared year-round.

When staying at Bellevue you will be 15-20 minutes away from the airport, downtown, and the 3 major malls. Easy highway access to 131 and M6. Plenty of fast food and sit-down restaurants nearby and a quiet neighborhood to relax in.

Guests will be allowed access to their bedroom and bathroom, not common areas in the house. We welcome guests from all walks of life. Our home is nestled among trees and flowers on a 365 ft. waterfront of an all-sports lake. It has a country feel with city conveniences. NOTE: There is NO AIR-CONDITIONING in this room--just a fan.
