Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 5 with queen-sized beds, one with 2 twin beds (main floor), and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

Also, bring your ice skates if the ice is thick enough and enjoy skating around the lake. Grattan Raceway is one mile away. At the end of the day, enjoy the hot tub and a fire on the deck. Only 10 minutes from Rockford, and 30 miles from Downtown Grand Rapids. (Please note this house is not handicap accessible.)
