This cozy, two-bedroom sleeps 6 & is the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, complete with a pontoon boat, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, & more! Looking to accommodate a larger group? We offer the option to book the neighboring cottage (also with a pontoon) as well! Perfect for family reunions or getaways with friends. The combined properties provide space for more guests while still enjoying privacy and proximity to each other

Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage was completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting). Swan Cottage is also very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

We’re a 5 minute walk from Ken-O-Sha Park with great hiking trails, just south of 28th street, a 10 minute drive to the airport, and a 10 minute drive to downtown GR.
