Woodsmoke Arts Studio: Boho country retreat

Relax and unwind in this artist-run bohemian retreat. Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

Private secluded treehouse retreat

20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

Clad in aromatic cedar wood, beautifully furnished - ideal private, woodland retreat for couples. Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. A wonderful place to chill-out and lose yourself - you won't want to leave! Sheer bliss!

The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.

Bruins Oast Lodge is a old converted workshop nestled next to a beautiful Kentish Oast house in the small village of Kenardington.,it backs on to its own private woodlands, with a firepit. BBQ and 4 person hot tub. Great for just relaxing, catching up with friends and family or walks, bike rides and outings to nearby Kentish attractions. Gusbourne vineyard a mile up the road, as is the Rare breeds centre which is ideal for families.
