Weaver's Cottage

Weaver's Cottage is located in the peaceful garden setting of 15th C Cloth Hall. Smarden was once renowned as a weaving community. The cottage has been lovingly converted into a stunning retreat for four, offering a super king-size bed & 2 single footstool beds, a luxury spa bathroom and a large comfy sofa right in front of a wood burning stove. Guests also have access to heated outdoor swimming pool in the warmer half of the year and an optional hot tub year round for an additional hire fee.

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

Quiet, relaxing, near National Trust Country Park. Walk, cycle or drive to beaches, castles, golf courses, wildlife parks and historic towns. 22m indoor pool, splash pool, spa, sauna, steam room, and gym (induction required). Adults only before 10am and after 5pm in pools. Entertainment (except Xmas), kid's club, and pool activities 1-2pm (check with Park Reception for all details and booking). Small playground, soft play, shop (basics), bar, restaurant and laundrette.
