Create lasting memories with family and friends in this idyllic setting. Kayaks and paddle boards are free to use for our guests, but please read the rules carefully. Please note: for guests who plan to bring a dog, we require 2 positive reviews. Also, the pet fee is listed in our house rules.

Spacious studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Renton or Issaquah. Queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. In the summer, enjoy shared lake access with kayaks, floaties and fishing in our stocked lake.
