Located only 10 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and only 10 miles north of Tacoma. We are close to the Aquatic Training Center, many shops and restaurants and 20 miles from White River Amphitheater. A retreat for a couples weekend get-away, traveling business professionals or a vacation family that needs a private space to relax.

Enjoy a completely remodeled, home on 5 forested acres with a year-round stream running just behind the home. It has all the joys of camping but all the features of a luxury bungalow, with new appliances, high speed internet, and upgraded bathrooms with soaking tubs. There is a fire pit next to the stream and a wood stove to keep the house cozy with lots of dry wood waiting for you to enjoy. Enjoy horseshoes as well! The property is completely fenced! House-trained pets are welcome.

King size bed in bedroom, completely updated paint, floors, stainless steel appliances, and all new furniture. We DON’T allow parties & quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.
