The house is peaceful and relaxing, nestled amongst trees for privacy and exciting bird life. The house has an open plan living area which leads onto the balcony and so is great for entertaining. Have a barbecue with sundowners on the balcony and watch the sun set over the river.

The town has lots of restaurants, shops, medical and vet help The house has a comfortable deck, inside and outside dining spaces, and a large well equipped kitchen.

Eine Villa am Indischen Ozean, auf der Rückseite ein wunderschöner Golfplatz. Dort kann man nicht nur die Springböcke beobachten, sondern auch jede Menge Vögel hören, Schildkröten sehen. Von jedem Zimmer im Haus hat man Meerblick und mit etwas Glück sieht man die Wale vorbeiziehen, Delphine springen. Oder einfach nur das Meeresrauschen genießen. A maximum of 5 poeple is allowed. There is an extra single bed in the livingroom. A lockup garage is available.
