This is a fully renovated 37 m2 apartment literally on the beach. -It is located in the very peaceful village of Tertsa (91km south of Iraklion and 25km west of Ierapetra), in front of which lies a quiet beach. -There are 3 taverns and a small grocery store. -The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. - The bedroom has one double bed and one bunk bed (not really recommended for adults) -Free Wi-Fi -A/C -CAR IS MANDATORY -We expect you to treat the house as it were yours :)

The location of the villa is very advantageous because it is located on the eastern side of the mountain and offers spectacular view of the whole city of Heraklion, the bay of Heraklion, the island of Dia and the Aegean sea. Also, due to the location of the villa, at night, the moonrise offers a beautiful and romantic view.

The village is a very nice place where you can find almost everything to shop, have a coffee place and relax in a traditional tavern. Keratokampos is a village 70km from Heraklion with 7km of beaches and a quite environment appropriate for relaxing vacations. In the area you can find traditional taverns with fresh fish and local dishes also some cafes and bars next to the beach. Keratokampos also host the famous Viannos Art gallery and the Portela gorge.
