Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with a private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car, five minutes walking). Two private bedrooms, plus two sets of bunk beds in open living room area (total four twin beds), plus brand-new queen sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. This is a two story house with the main living area on the second floor, being able to climb stairs is necessary. The driveway is steep, but this only adds to the remarkable views from the top deck! No guest cleaning or doing laundry required, enjoy your stay!!

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

The Get-Away @ The Starkey House is a 2 bedroom semi-attached bungalow with a private entrance, hot tub, outdoor shower, bikes, fire pit, gas grill, fenced yard, outdoor games, king memory foam mattresses, well-appointed kitchen, laundry, open concept living/dining/kitchen, & so much more just steps from the Kerrville River Trail, the Guadalupe River & mere blocks from our Historic Downtown filled with coffee shops, cafes, & shopping. Long term stays incur a $100 cleaning every two weeks.
