2 Bedroom First Flr Suite w/EV charging available

The house is a 1940's Cape Cod house that is well maintained & updated but still keeps the original character. Our neighborhood is relatively quiet with a mix of older residents and younger couples with children. The suite with kitchenette is a separate, private space within our permanent residence & we will not access the area unless it is an emergency. However, since we do share the air, and due to our allergies, please NO smoking, vaping, burning candles or incense anywhere on our property.

Our home is completely renovated and ready for your family to enjoy. We also have a fenced yard and parking in the driveway as well as on the street. You will love the private outdoor space for BBQ's or a cozy night lounging around the firepit. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, and the kitchen table expands to seat 8 people. Relax and Enjoy!

4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 sofa that could sleep two people if needed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.
