Close to Northwell hospital and 20 mins by foot to LIRR train station. 10 minutes driving to all supermarkets, shops, library and Stepping Stone Park. Host is highly allergic to cats and dogs. No Pets Allowed!

This three-bedroom townhouse apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Well suited for people who are looking for an affordable location to see the sights. Street parking is available. If you want to use my parking space in front of the apartment, $20.00 per night. Note that the host lives in the building with a separate entrance. While I share the house with you, you will have your own private space during your stay. Note that there is no 'living room' in the apartment.

It's only a 10 min walk from Queens Place Mall and many popular shops and restaurants. The Mets Baseball Stadium and US Open Tennis Center are also a short 10 min drive. Feel a little adventurous? Catch a 30 to 40 min train ride on the E, M, or R to Times Square or Central Park for a taste of the city.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
