With garden at the front and tranquil pastures opposite, it is comfortable & private. It has floor to ceiling windows revealing delightful rural and distant mountain views, yet it is only a few minutes from Kiama's gorgeous town centre, beaches and coastal delights. A walking and cycle path with panoramic views sets out from the property.

‘Bikini’ Surf Beach - a 2 min walk to the beach!

Bikini offers a newly renovated and refurbished unit, plus close proximity to the beach! The back door is 2 minutes walk to Surf Beach, where you can join the coastal walk from Minnamurra to Gerringong. At night you can hear the waves while drifting off to sleep. The unit is approx. 10 minutes walk from Kiama's shops, restaurants, markets, blowhole, rock pool, harbour, library, and train station (to Sydney). Leave your car at the property and walk everywhere!

It is beneath the main house, with a separate entrance and its own grassy courtyard from which you can glimpse the sea. 7 min walk to beach! 5 min drive or 30 min walk to town centre along a lovely beach path. Has kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge & sink, flat screen TV with chrome cast, linen & towels. Quiet and cosy!
