Inclusions on your stay are a coffee maker with coffee pods and teas, kettle, washing machine, microwave, cooktop, flat-screen TV, wi-fi, and Netflix. The pool is yours to use (not shared) with direct access to Jones Beach. No more than 2 medium sized dogs please. Please note unit is lower floor of house.

Kiama with its coffee shops, cafes and boutique stores is less then 10min drive. A great spot for walking, cycling, photography and whale watching.

Eden has 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, gourmet kitchen with induction cooking, breakfast bar and 2 bathrooms. Relax on the shaded garden deck with northern exposure, or enjoy the sunset and crashing surf from the large entertainment deck. Note: The owner sometimes stay in the granny flat down the driveway until mid September but this is a separate area from your rented space.
