We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Gypsy Sea Cottage - A Beachside Retreat

Cozy Cottage Downtown Summerville

The cottage is in downtown Summerville's Historic District. It is 1.5 blocks from Main St. behind a Victorian home built in 1890. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy with a queen size bed, sofa, easy chairs and fast internet. The bathroom is roomy with handicapped railings beside the commode and bathtub. A skylight provides light even on cloudy days. There are plants in the cottage and lots of artwork. Restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Ceilings are 9 feet.

Trendy Downtown Upper King Area ~ Carriage House

Located in the emerging area known as the Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood, in renting this renovated cottage you will find yourself on the peninsula within blocks of historical sites, stores, restaurants and all that the revitalized Upper King Area has to offer. The property is also outside of the flood zone. Please Note: If Charleston Carriage House is not available on your preferred dates, be sure to check out Rutledge Retreat A&B, both sleep 4 (located on the same property).

StarView Cottage is a charming 1940's cottage in a coastal themed setting directly across the street from the beach. An adjacent Cottage A is elevated next door. Both cottages sleep 4-6 guests. The SPC has a very earth toned feel with live plants and wood finishes. We captured the beauty of our town with photography throughout. The appliances are retro and the ambiance of the cottage should give you a peaceful and comfortable experience. The yard is manicured & maintained with a beautiful outdoor experience.

Cottage is located behind the main house with private parking and sits on a large property with beautiful trees, flowers, and birds in a very private setting.
