Herdy Lodge - Cosy Family Getaway

Herdy Lodge is a contemporary take on a country cottage (Insta =HerdyLodge) It is within our family smallholding on the Northern slopes of the Eden Valley where we farm our happy flock of herdwick sheep. It has a modern, crisp interior and good ecological credentials inc a wood pellet boiler and "passive" building design. It has a private drive and garden with a terrace looking directly onto the lakeland fells. Plenty to do nearby: Takin Tarn, Hadrian's Wall, Lakes and Dales, Rhegged Centre.

Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

We're a 20 minute drive from the coast which has stunning cliff top walks and beautiful little bays and fishing villages. Holly is a very special Pod, it is perfect for couples who just want to get away and have an amazing time. it's a larger Pod with its very own bedroom. Yet again everything you need smart tv, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster this one even has a dishwasher, lovely Belfast sink with wooden worktops. it also has a sofa bed so can sleep 4. There is also a large private decking area with its very own wood fired hot tub and barbecue, all wood supplied.
