The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Kookies

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. Offshore Ridge

Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Banksia Luxury Villa

This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point. The two large bedrooms have King sized beds which look out onto their own private tropical gardens. There is also Weber BBQ facilities. Keep warm or cool with a split heating/cooling system. Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The cottage is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property, which we live on. Approval no. 2098

Relax and enjoy this unique, tranquil, close to nature experience. Cosy Cabin is west of town in a rural residential area with views over Yalgardup Valley, near to the river, waterfalls and forrest walks and cycling trails. Lots of Kangaroos, birds and other wildlife too, so no pets allowed. The property is just 4km to town and a bit more to the coast. With easy 11am check-out, this comfortable and very affordable cabin has all you need.
