The Cozy Farmhouse

Forget your worries in this spacious & serene home. We enjoy hosting others, very responsive & proactive in what needs our attention. The house can sleep up to 10 people with a combination of beds, 1 pull out trundle & a sectional that pulls out to a full size bed. Air mattresses are available to sleep more people upon request. We are pet friendly you must let us know when reserving to properly apply pet fee as well as any extra guests. NO PARTIES allowed! Reach out to us if you have questions!

This is a garage apartment that is centrally located in the historical district of Kilgore, Texas. It is in a beautiful neighborhood, two blocks from Kilgore College right off Meadow Brook Golf Course. Kilgore offers many different attractions and activities. Food options worth noting and locally owned: Downtown D’lites, Country Tavern, Zen Kitchen, The Back Porch. Activities: 3-mile Walking Trail, Splash Pad, Oil Museum, Broadcasting Museum, and seasonal Rangerette and Shakespeare events.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

The home is spacious, clutter free, and conveniently located a mile from town and less than a 2 minute walk to Kilgore College. Perks: Office set up with printer, 3 king beds, 1 queen, 1 full, and a convertible couch. Private backyard, less than $5 food delivery, private park across the street and less than a block from college police station.

Unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine on our deck overlooking the canopy of trees. 1 Queen Bed. 2 twin pullout couches. Coffee available in cabin. Microwave and fridge on site. Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.

The Treehouse at Seven Springs

Relive your childhood dreams in the Treehouse at Seven Springs. You will be surrounded by tall trees and a small spring. Enjoy taking walks on the farm and a 2 acre pond you can swim/fish. Stocked with bluegill, sunfish and bass you are bound to catch at least one fish. Come relax or have a romantic getaway in the peace and quiet of 50 acres!
