The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

Private backyard, less than $5 food delivery, private park across the street and less than a block from college police station.

Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.

The Treehouse at Seven Springs

Relive your childhood dreams in the Treehouse at Seven Springs. You will be surrounded by tall trees and a small spring. Enjoy taking walks on the farm and a 2 acre pond you can swim/fish. Stocked with bluegill, sunfish and bass you are bound to catch at least one fish. Come relax or have a romantic getaway in the peace and quiet of 50 acres!
