It is convenient to the Wild Atlantic Way with its selection of beautiful beaches, Cliffs of Moher, The Burren etc. Shannon Airport is just a 45 min drive, Ennis 30 min, and Kilrush and Kilimer ferry only 15 mins.

Spanish Point is only a 5 min drive away and we are very close to a number of golf courses including Doonbeg golf course & Lahinch golf course. 1 hour 10 minutes drive to Adare Manor golf course.

The village has a grocery shop and pub 🎻and is a 15 minute drive to Doonbeg or Miltown Malbay with plenty of cafes, restaurants , supermarkets.

Upstairs bathroom, en-suite double bedroom, 2nd double bedroom and a single bedroom .t’s a very welcoming village on the Shannon estuary with some great pubs, an award winning restaurant, & wonderful scenic walks. It’s very well situated as a base from which to tour, 20 mins to loop head, 40 mins to Tarbert Ferry to Kerry, approx 60 mins to The Cliffs of Moher.

To the front of the house, there is a private pathway to the ocean and the rock pools - the perfect place to kick back with a cup of coffee or glass of wine! The house has a fully enclosed private garden (safe for children and furry friends).
