Treetop Beach Suite

This is a two-room, full bath suite with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a private home. Room enough for four adults or a small family (additional charges apply after the first two guests). The uniqueness of the Suite is that you are far enough off the beaten path to relax in a quiet neighborhood and yet be only minutes away from all the Outer Banks has to offer. Children are welcome; however, suite IS NOT childproof. No pets! OWNER LIVES ON SITE, ONLY REGISTERD GUESTS ALLOWED IN SUITE!

Sunset Seaker - Soundfront Condo w/Pool

Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay from a top floor condo at Oyster Pointe Condominiums. This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with outdoor pool, tennis courts, beautiful sound front views, full kitchen, washer/dryer, centrally located to many restaurants and shops, and is less than 1 mile to the beach. This condo is on the top floor so no noise from above. There is also nice bike trails by the condo that takes you directly to the Wrights Brothers Monument. Boat and trailer parking available.

Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. The space has a private key-less entry, outdoor dining & living, outdoor shower & comfortable clean living. Our place is good for couples, small families with infants/toddlers, solo guests & business travelers.

The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

Sun & Sound - Upstairs Unit: Central OBX Getaway

This is the upstairs unit of a two-unit home, and centrally located in Kill Devil Hills about 0.6 miles from the beach. The interior is stylishly decorated with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. It has a full kitchen with almost everything you can think of, with a large dining room table and kitchen island. The living room has a wrap around couch made for relaxing, and an 85" TV with 9.1 Dolby Atmos Surround sound to kick back and watch your favorite shows or something new!
