Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

Our private downstairs apartment is close to both the beach & the sound! Bring your bikes or walk to enjoy the sunset on the sound or the beach access that is 1/2 mile away. Centrally located with grocery stores, shopping, Target, gas stations & restaurants only 1/2 mile away. The space has a private key-less entry, outdoor dining & living, outdoor shower & comfortable clean living. Our place is good for couples, small families with infants/toddlers, solo guests & business travelers.

Special *Off-Season* Offer! Book 5 or more nights and get one of those nights on us! (Special not available May 15-Sept. 15. Special available for all bookings made on or after 12/31/24.) How does it work? Simply make your reservation for 5 or more nights, send us a message to let us know you qualify for the special, and we will deduct the rate of the lowest priced rented night. Rent 5 nights? Pay for 4. Rent 7 nights? Pay for 6, etc. (The free night must be used during the same stay.)

The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

Seaside Bungalow is a super cute cottage right across the street from the ocean. Gorgeous views and easy beach access make this the perfect relaxation spot. Be ready to kick off your shoes and enjoy this freshly renovated space. You will have 3 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 king, and 1 trundle daybed which make for comfortable accommodations. Kitty Hawk is a great central location on the Outer Banks with shopping and restaurants. We provide beach chairs and umbrella for your use.

OBX Cottage w/ Fire Pit, Steps to the Beach

Welcome to our 1970’s family cottage two blocks from the ocean! Enjoy a quick walk to the beach & being centrally located to all the Outer Banks has to offer. Features a bright & open floor plan w/ exposed beams & 3 bedrooms + 2 full baths for 5 or 6 people. In the Winter warm yourself by the fireplace & in the Summer cool off in the shade or catch sun on one of the outdoor loungers. We provide amenities to make your stay easy & relaxed. Sorry, no pets allowed.

The Little Beach Lodge

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A perfect getaway for family and friends with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a cozy living room and a chef's kitchen with two private outdoor living spaces. Relax in the outdoor tub after a day of exploring all the island has to offer. The house is situated on the West side of the highway - perfect for a sunset walk along the sound and an easy cruise to the beach or the Avalon Fishing Pier.

Tip Sea, close to beach, shabby chic, clean!

Tip Sea is shabby chic, a 4 minute walk to the beach, and in the heart of OBX, yet on a quieter street. It is an older cottage (including two original bathrooms) but is colorful with beachy decor-a true original beach box. The cottage is within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and a new brewery. Everything needed nearby! Older windows we ask to not open. Note: Linens are NOT provided (bed covers are). MP 9.5
