Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

Enjoy the use of 3 paddle boards & a kayak off of the private dock or head to the nearby beach access with the provided necessities and then come back to enjoy spectacular sunset views from the private deck & hot tub.

The house has a direct access to the beach which makes for a quick walk. We provide beach chairs for your convenience!

Small Cottage located on the sound side. Home has a simple modern vibe with an outdoor wood burning fire pit and hot tub, perfect for outdoor entertainment. Just a 3 minute drive to the beach or a public sound access. Road connects to bay drive, which is a sound front road that leads from Kill Devil Hills to Kitty Hawk. Perfect for biking or just bypassing the summer traffic. Home is also centrally located to shopping, dining, entertainment, and more. You don’t want to miss this!

Bare Feet Retreat- Cozy Private Guest Suite

Relax in private suite located in a beautiful wooded neighborhood, a quiet shady place to kick off your flip flops, and unwind after a busy day. Just a short distance away from the beach, golf course, restaurants, and shopping. This second floor suite has a private entrance, private deck, living room with sofa, 47" tv, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig, 2 bedrooms with 1 king and 1 queen size beds, and one full bath. Yard, Outdoor shower, and fire-pit are available for your use.

Welcome to our 1970’s family cottage two blocks from the ocean! Enjoy a quick walk to the beach & being centrally located to all the Outer Banks has to offer. Features a bright & open floor plan w/ exposed beams & 3 bedrooms + 2 full baths for 5 or 6 people. In the Winter warm yourself by the fireplace & in the Summer cool off in the shade or catch sun on one of the outdoor loungers. We provide amenities to make your stay easy & relaxed. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Classic Flat Top, Beach 3 min walk, Pets Stay Free

The Flat Top on 1st is a throwback to an era almost lost in the Outerbanks!! Originally constructed in 1958, this single story Block House sits on a large double corner lot in the Heart of Kill Devil Hills. Close to the Beach, shopping , and Attractions, Our Vintage Flatroof is Modernized while trying to keep its nostalgic feel that made so many fall in love with the Outer Banks!! (Note: Minimum 7 day, Saturday to Saturday stays only from June til Labor Day.)

The Beach Box- short walk to ocean! Dogs welcome!

The Beach Box is a charming 2 bdrm, 1 bath, original beach cottage located just a quick walk from the ocean. Enjoy the best of OBX in this adorable beach cottage featuring a large fenced in yard, quiet residential neighborhood, and great location. Enjoy many local attractions (including- Avalon fishing pier, Wright Brother's Memorial, movie theater, and countless more). Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shopping! Beachbox sleeps 4 comfortably.
