Our rural cottage sleeps two adults is adjacent to the beautiful, historic Kilmartin Glen, Argyll. Accessed by a small farm track, take your time to avoid sheep and occasional potholes! Approximately 40 minutes drive to the town of Oban, where you can access ferries to various Scottish islands. The village of Lochgilphead is 20 minutes drive with a supermarket and shops. The smaller villages of Kilmartin and Ardfern are close by. If you are looking for a peaceful get away this is for you!

The Bothy Suite by Temple Wood

The Bothy Suite is in the 'hidden village' of Slockavullin , delightfully rural but only 1 mile from the village of Kilmartin with Pub, museum and cafe. Temple Wood and the standing stones are in walking distance with the Crinan Canal a short drive or cycle. The guest accommodation does have a seperate entrance and the whole of the ground floor is for guest use with 2 double bedrooms and modern bathroom consisting of double width shower, sink and toilet. Breakfast is continental.

Siskin Cottage is a beautiful self catering cottage nestled in the ancient glen of Kilmartin. This cottage has views from the conservatory down the glen which is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the nature all around you. The village of Kilmartin is a half mile walk along footpaths where there is a museum highlighting some of the many incredible discoveries made in this area. Kilmartin also has a great cafe and pub. The area is well known for its walks/ cycling and outdoor pursuits.

The cottage is over 200 years old and has been converted from an original stable used by the horses working on the Crinan Canal. Completed in 2007 comprising 4 double/twin bedrooms sleeping 8/9, 9th being a cot for a baby. There is one family bathroom and one toilet and shower room, a large kitchen and dining area leading out onto decking, utility room and spacious upstairs lounge with wonderful views. Close to great restaurants/amenities. Large garden, although is not fully enclosed/fenced off. Flexible refunds and change of bookings permitted in the result of Covid 19 restrictions.

A beautiful one-bedroom private traditional stone cottage, The Steading is a self-contained cottage just across the courtyard from our main house. It benefits from a lovely setting amongst the Scottish countryside with glorious views across Loch Fyne, and has many unique features. There is ample private parking directly outside the cottage (spaces for two cars with extra parking if required) and you are free to enjoy the fields and open spaces around you.

Dunans Cottage

Dunans Cottage is situated in the beautiful Knapdale Forest 1.9 miles from Cairnbaan within a National Scenic Area. The views are fantastic! The Cottage is off the beaten track but within a traditional farming hamlet with access via a forestry track ( see illustrated map ). Many outdoor and indoor activities are available within the area but the peace and quiet at Dunans are unique.
