We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cartshed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

The Balone Garden Cottage is a luxury retreat with spectacular views over the St Andrews countryside and a wood burning stove. The cottage has been finished to the highest standard and comfortable sleeps 2 in a double bedroom with access to the patio via the French doors. The Neuk | 4 miles to St Andrews

The Neuk cottage is situated near Strathkinness in the Kingdom of Fife. A mere 4 mile drive to the ancient Royal Burgh of St Andrews known globally as the home of golf. The cottage is also a short drive from Leuchars train station which is great for accessing Edinburgh and is the mainline to London.<br>Upon entering The Neuk you will find a cosy porch area hosting a dining table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee or meals in the evening. The porch also has golf club storage.

Clatto Bothy is a recently refurbished, fully furnished semi-detached cottage less than five miles from St Andrews. The self catering accommodation consists of a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area and a large living space. There is one double bedroom and a large shower room.
