Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Wake up to ocean views and a cool sea breeze in this exceptional 2 bedroom waterfront home. Mirroring outside, the interior features a white and blue aesthetic accented by wood textures, plant life and nature inspired patterns throughout every space. Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

A stroll from the beach and nestled amongst the trees, our sweet seaside studio is filled with treasures we have collected along the way. The Collectors Studio is a unique, eclectic space designed for couples or solo travellers to have a relaxing few nights away. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

Escape to a serene off-grid retreat nestled in nature, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Experience breathtaking sunsets over Brisbane Water from our scenic viewing platform, unwind on the day bed with a glass of wine. Relax in the outdoor bath surrounded by trees, listening to birds. For dinner, enjoy a BBQ by the fire pit or opt for delivery. This private oasis awaits, promising tranquility and relaxation in our off grid paradise

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

A newly refurbished self contained studio a few minutes walk from Avoca Beach & Avoca Lagoon. The space includes a kitchen, TV, wi-fi, laundry, sofa, double bed, wardrobe & brand new bathroom. There is an outdoor deck with table & chairs. Own private entrance. Kick back, relax & enjoy this calm, stylish space. 10 minute walk to the beach and Avoca village

Lakeside & 700 mtrs to sea - One bedroom Studio

Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. Savour a morning coffee or evening drink on the jetty. Enjoy a barbecue directly outside the studio or on the expansive travertine courtyard overlooking the lake.

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
