Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

The Little House in Yoder

Built in the late 1800's, the Little House is the oldest house in the Yoder community. It's full of old-world charm and modern conveniences. If these walls could talk, they'd tell lots of stories! Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a bath/shower combo (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.
