The house has an enormous fenced in backyard, a beautiful deck in the back, 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace room, 2 full baths, etc.

Guests enjoy two private floors- including two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard. Pets are welcome. PLEASE NOTE the $75 pet fee. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop and convenience store. Host sometimes occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space. Free parking. Keypad entrance.
