This tidy and convenient flat has a large terrace, private entrance and plenty of parking. From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. We have some cold beers waiting in the fridge for you as well as other treats & essentials.

As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.
