This memorable place is anything but ordinary - a quiet, peaceful setting with a bird sanctuary right behind the unit observed from the kitchen window. Relax on the deck in the evenings watching the beautiful sunset, star filled skies at night, the donkeys and chickens corralled in the distance, and the goldfish swim in the Lilypad pond just off to the side. The Sandbox has been removed and replaced by grass. This home will bring back childhood memories. Recently remodeled back dock with fire pit, covered dock. Take one of the 5 complimentary kayaks out on the river, or enjoy the Large Aqua Lily Pad! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy inside including Smart TVs with complimentary YouTube TV.
