Fernwood view, A small cosy Retreat

Our cosy 2 bedroom converted unit situated in the garden of our family home is ideal for friends/family to get away for a few nights in the south downs national park, the accommodation is great for 4 but is very cosy if booked for 5 or 6 adults and can feel tight on space if you are not using as a base to sleep. We are on the outskirts of Haslemere town 1.5 miles on the Surrey/ West Sussex boarder. We have Cowdry polo & Golf 5 miles away. Goodwood Horse and motor race courses 12-15 miles away

The Piggery, Henley Hill

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. After 6 years superhosting over 500 guests The Piggery has just received a full renovation for 2024 and is looking extra lovely, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Beautiful Cottage with Tennis Court & Pool

The Orchard is a beautiful, very well equipped, 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom cottage in the heart of the South Downs with spectacular views. Ideally situated with a host of stunning walks from the doorstep, yet close to the pretty town of Haslemere and conveniently placed for Cowdray Polo, Goodwood & the Witterings. The property has its own pretty garden, seated terrace area & bbq. A tennis court and heated swimming pool are available for use by separate request. Long term lettings are available.

Delightful one bedroom barn with beautiful views

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

The Milk Depot at the Old Dairy in Haslemere

A spacious, bright and airy upside down house, with a large bedroom and comfortable double bed and bathroom equipped with a bath and shower. The upstairs is large and comfortable with 5 Velux windows with views to the front, a large corner sofa and a fold away small double bed and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a small kitchen table, dining chairs for 2. There is unrestricted parking in front of the property and an outside cobbled space which could be used for dining or sunning.

The Milk Store

A grade 2 listed former Milk Store located in the centre of the historic town of Haslemere, with excellent South Downs walks on it's doorstep. The Milk Store has recently been carefully & stylishly restored to accommodate upto 4 people & has a beautiful, private, walled courtyard with outdoor seating & bbq Just 150 metres from Haslemere's fantastic high street, with excellent cafes, pubs & boutiques, whilst also being in a very private location & metres from National Trust walks.

The Dairy, Haslemere - direct access to Black Down

The Dairy is a characterful and elegant detached converted dairy. It sits adjacent to our farmhouse in the beautiful 16 acre grounds of our home. With direct access from our garden to Blackdown National Trust land it is the perfect, tranquil location from which to explore. We are just 5 minutes drive from the train station and town centre and perfectly located to visit market towns of Guildford, Godalming, Midhurst, Petworth and Petersfield, as well as Goodwood and the coast.

The Barn is situated half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, next to the Serpent Trail and a couple of 100 metres from the South Downs National Park. It feels like it is in the middle of nowhere, yet guests can walk to the centre of Haslemere in 30 minutes.
