Seabreeze Chalet is a newly renovated spa-like home just 4 houses from the sand. View exotic birds at the park across the street & enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the lagoon from your patio. The home is the entire first floor of a duplex, in a quiet beachside neighborhood; walking distance of shops, restaurants, & groceries with the convenience of being near all that Jacksonville Beach has to offer. You'll have 1-3 private parking spots (depending on use if downstairs unit (SeaSpray Chalet) on site.

Our little cottage has a so much to offer! The sunsets are stunning! The memories you will take home with you, will last a lifetime. Small but lives large is the best way to describe our beauty! Full kitchen, the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a walk in closet that provides plenty of room for your personal belongings. The full size and twin size pull out beds allow you to bring guest along. Need to work? Do it with a view or forget it and take a kayak out on the lake for some R&R.

Located on pristine (no gas engines) swimming and fishing Lake Mable, this cheerful home is the perfect spot for a fun filled family vacation or just a relaxing weekend getaway. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature as you sit and watch the sunset over the lake, roast some marshmallows over the firepit, or just relax by the lake with a fishing rod in hand. You may see Sandhill Cranes, Red-headed Woodpeckers, or even a few deer. Let your worries drift away and enjoy the tranquility around you.
