You’ll love my place because it's Nested in the Lush surroundings of the Blue Ridge Mtns and sits directly above a rushing creek. You will be soothed by sights and sounds of the creek while relaxing on the deck.

We are close to ETSU, parks, lakes, restaurants, Asheville, Grandfather Mountain, rafting, hiking on the Appalachian , biking on the Creeper Trail, and so much more! Great for families, love birds, traveling nurses and other business travelers, or just those looking to get away. With 360 views of nature and proximity to revitalized downtown Bristol, you have the best of both worlds.

The Bearfoot Retreat Kingsport, TN

3BR/2BA ONE LEVEL Brick Ranch located next to Bays Mountain 5 mins from downtown Kingsport, W/D, Full Kitchen, 50-inch TV w/cable, WIFI provided. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an added pet fee. Can accommodate up to 6 guests, there is an $10 fee added per guest above 3 per night. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Also located on our 6-acre estate is a 2nd BNB rental the "BEARFOOT CHALET" to allow families to be close.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.
