Welcome to our humble oasis, located 10 minutes out of Rotorua in the small township of Ngongotaha. This comfy cottage offers one bedroom plus a sofa bed. The property is located two-minutes walk from lake Rotorua, so is the ideal spot for fishermen and people who enjoy water sports, such as kayaking. Delightful rural 2 Bedroom home with stunning panoramic views of rolling farmland from the main bedroom and kitchen/lounge area, with a wonderful large north facing deck. This home is only 5 mins from Ngongotaha Village. A short drive to the Agrodome, Agroventures, Fairy Springs, and Skyline Skyrides. Just a 12 min drive to Rotorua City. There is walking access to the popular trout fishing 'Waiteti Stream', so pack your favourite fishing gear during the local trout fishing season.

Lake Karapiro Vista - with a WOW view

My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is very conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Blue Spring, Arapuni Suspension bridge , Sanctuary Mountain, Karapiro Domain, Takapoto Estate, Riverside Adventures and Red Barn wedding venue

The Pink House

This lovely small cottage originally came into my family as a retirment home for my (then) 90 year old mother, Olive. She loved the place except for its original colour and so promptly painted it Pink. The house has many of her touches still in it, such as the cross stitch pictures framed on the walls. Nana Olive was well known through Tokoroa for her hospitality and warm welcome she offered at the Pink House, and we are delighted to continue this tradition.
